Alexandru Codreanu has worked at Institute of Phthisiopneumology “Chiril Draganiuc” since 2015. He is a microbiologist at National TB Reference Laboratory. Since 2017 he has also worked as the scientifical researcher in the TB Microbiology and Morphology Laboratory. Alexandru is member of Society of Clinical Mycobacteriology of the Republic of Moldova, where his activity is dedicated to the new molecular genetics methods of diagnostic of pulmonary diseases and TB drug resistance. He has worked on different research projects associated with the validation of new diagnostic methods in TB. He is currently the Laboratory Data Manager and Logistic Coordinator of the FEND DR Protocol in Moldova.
