Mary Gaichiri joined FIND in September 2022 as a Project Manager in the Tuberculosis Program. In her role, she supports the management of a portfolio of Tuberculosis projects and coordinates the organisation-wide due diligence process for manufacturer selection.

Mary has over 10 years of experience working on community-based, national and global projects. Before joining FIND, Mary worked as a senior project manager at Development Initiatives. She managed projects with a greater focus on strengthening data ecosystems and evidence to end poverty and reduce inequality. Prior to that she supported human rights programs at the Center for Reproductive Rights promoting access to information, service and justice for women across Africa in need of reproductive healthcare.

She received her BSc. in community resource management with a focus on public health from Kenyatta University and a master’s in international Relations from United States International University Africa.
