Rodrigo A. Calderón-Flores, MD, MSc, earned his medical degree at the UPCH and finished the Master of Science in Epidemiological Research also at the same university. He is currently working in HIV, Tuberculosis, and COVID-19 research at the “Instituto de Medicina Tropical Alexander von Humboldt” (UPCH) leading and coordinating projects since 2018. His research interests are towards infectious diseases (HIV/TB/COVID-19) across underserved populations, eHealth, CDSS, and access to universal healthcare.
