Submit Request
All requests should be submitted online using the provided Material Request Form. Submissions are evaluated by the Specimen Bank Review Committee (SBRC) and approved based on supporting evidence and data, relevance to public health, technological adaptability, and affordability. Please allow two weeks for this process.
As a non-profit, FIND asks users to cover all shipping costs and pay a small handling fee of US$50−US$200 per sample (depending on disease and characterization). If you have any questions on this, or our sample request process, please contact specimenbank@finddx.org.
To support the development of global diagnostic tools, FIND kindly asks that all Specimen Bank users report back on data derived and share results with the wider scientific community.

More than a Sample Supplier
With many years of experience in the development and uptake of diagnostics, FIND brings a deep understanding of disease profiles, country and regional contexts, and product development processes to the table. Partner as well as supplier, we can help your team navigate:
- Product design and development
- Validation test set-up and management
- Regulatory approvals and WHO endorsement
If you need help with any part of this development process, or are unsure about the type, or quantity of samples you require, please contact us at specimenbank@finddx.org.
